before your session
Hydration
Drink a cup of water an hour before your session, opting for warm beverages over ice-cold ones to help relax your tissues.
Clothing
Wear loose-fitting clothing for optimal comfort and range of motion.
Food
Keep your stomach light or empty in the hours before your session. If you feel lightheaded afterward, enjoy a small snack and hydrate.
arrival
Please arrive five minutes before your appointment. To maintain a respectful atmosphere for all clients, we ask that you avoid arriving more than five minutes early, as another session may still be in progress.
relax
During your session, clear communication is essential. Verbalize whether you need adjustments in pressure or experience any discomfort. Your comfort and care matter—whether that means a water or toilet break, regulating temperature or simply adjusting to your posture.
take care
After your session, however possible, nurture yourself with solitude and silence for a little bit of time. Hydrate with water, herbal tea, or a light soup or snack. Get your bare feet on the ground or simply sit under a tree immersed in nature. Draw, write, paint, cry or laugh! Take a bath and wash it all away. Water is the catalyst for movement and cleansing. Let your flow begin!
